The Operations Control Center (OCC) Duty Manager is the central point of communication for the daily operation and the operational decision maker for a given shift. The OCC Duty Manager tracks aircraft movement of our customers and communicates the movements to the operating departments; logs daily flight activity; Solves problems; Proactively manages the operation to include manpower ; Ensures the operation is conducted in accordance with Swissport safety regulations and SOP; and communicates to both internal and external customers in a timely and professional fashion.
