At LAX we operate the following full and quick service locations such as Skewers by Morimoto, Wolfgang Puck, The Habit Burger Grill, Wahoo's Fish Tacos, The Earth Bar and The Farmer's Market.

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance worker to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and cleaning. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are tidy and functional.


The Maintenance Worker will be responsible for performing general facilitative duties such as:

  • Painting

  • Plumbing

  • Electrical Work

  • Maintaining Kitchen Equipment

  • Inspect and troubleshoot kitchen equipment

  • Perform minor fixes, such as broken locks, damaged walls, etc

  • Tile work, if needed

  • Complete regular and preventative maintenance tasks

  • Install necessary appliances and equipment as needed

  • Perform necessary cleaning activities, such as dusting, mopping, trash removal, etc.

  • Collaborate with workers in a professional manner


  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including periodic graveyard shifts, various days and weekends.

  • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and industrial kitchen appliances.

  • Proven experience as a maintenance worker or other similar position, preferably in a food & hospitality environment.

  • Experience using hand and electrical tools

  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Physical stamina and dexterity

  • Must be able to pass federal background screening with airport.


High school diploma or equivalent
