Job Summary
Provides project management expertise by planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating functional department activities to achieve cost, schedule, and performance requirements.

Job Responsibilities
  • Projects Budget: Up to $50K.
  • Matrix Subordinates: Exempt: 0-2; Non-Exempt: 1-2.
  • Provides project management expertise for single smaller projects.
  • Projects are typically for one location.
  • Supervises project(s) and/or the unit work force. Accountable for equipment and systems.
  • Directs internal communications, design, development, and production to meet objectives. Participates with project team to ensure the utilization of appropriate solutions to meet the customer's requirements.
  • Has prime responsibility for schedule, performance, & cost attainment. Plans, schedules, assigns, and controls work within the unit. Takes all possible actions to avoid or minimize problem areas.
  • Presents proposals, status reports, Estimates at Completion (EAC) and customer status to leadership, project team and customer community, customer negotiation/interface.
  • May estimate, review and/or approve costs.
  • Demonstrates ability to assimilate information from various sources and make decisions affecting tasks, expanding sales, and maximizing profits.
  • Demonstrates leadership skills.
  • Results oriented with ability to communicate effectively with all levels of company and customers.
  • Individual job duties may vary.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree on Industrial Engineering , Mechanical, Electromechanical, Aerospace or related.
  • Experience working with vendors
  • 90% of English level
