Job Description

The Flightline employee works together with other employees to give high level customer service by processing and delivering product to the airline gates. Will assist with receiving, stocking, delivering product to all store locations.

Flightline/Support works together with other DFS personnel to deliver consistently high levels of service to both external and internal customers
• Processing and delivering customer orders to the departure gates • Moving merchandise and supplies between stores and stockroom locations
• Restocking selling and storage areas in accordance with US Customs regulations and Airport/ DFS policies and procedures.
•Pack, prepare, check and handout of pre-orders in accordance with flight schedules
• Dispense pre-ordered merchandise at collection counters accurately and efficiently
• Deliver stock from the shop floor to gate hold rooms within terminal or across terminals in a timely manner
• Assist with stock transfers between locations or terminals

Key Requirements

We would love to hear from you if you have:
  • 1-2 years in logistics or related industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High energy level and have a positive approach
  • Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
  • Bilingual skills preferred but not required
  • Able to perform repetitive assemble and loading work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Able to perform defined physical activities (lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, pulling, etc.) in a timely manner
  • Lifting of objects up to 50 lbs. occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds frequently and/or up to 10 pounds constantly. Lifting and carrying for several yards unassisted
  • Able to work flexible hours and shifts, including weekends, nights and holidays as required by the needs of the business
  • Able to work additional hours, as needed

  • Pay Range: Base Hourly Pay $22.25-24.50
