Position Title : Shuttle Supervisor/Dispatcher Pay: $26.00
  • Full-Time positions available

  • Paid training

  • Pay Active - On-demand access to earned wages, get up to 50% of your earned wages.

Requirements:

  • MUST have valid Class B or Class A license
  • MUST have at least 2 yrs of CDL driving experience
  • MUST have Airbrake and Passenger Endorsement.
  • MUST have valid DOT medical certificate.
  • Must have 2 years or more Transportation Supervisor experience.

Education:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.

Experience:
  • Shuttle (buses), industry experience is required.
  • Class B-P driver's license preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge and skills.
  • Basic DOT/CHP audit knowledge.

Skills:
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to speak, read, and comprehends the English language.
  • Bi-lingual abilities are preferred but not required.
  • Must be open to feedback, differing opinions and other points of view.
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness.
  • Demonstrates the ability to seek improvement.

Physical Demands:
  • Ability to frequently sit for extended period of time.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and otherwise move objects of at least 30 pounds in weight.
  • Ability to work in elements-heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
  • Ability to frequently stand and/or walk for moderate periods of time.
  • Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, squat, and lift objects throughout the shift.
  • Ability to apply pressure to an object with the fingers and palm.
  • Ability to perform functions that require repetitive motions using hands, wrist, arms, knees and/or legs.
  • Ability to express or exchange information, instructions, ideas, etc. by means of the spoken word.
