The Details Position Title : Shuttle Supervisor/Dispatcher Pay: $26.00 Full-Time positions available Paid training Pay Active - On-demand access to earned wages, get up to 50% of your earned wages. Requirements: MUST have valid Class B or Class A license MUST have at least 2 yrs of CDL driving experience MUST have Airbrake and Passenger Endorsement. MUST have valid DOT medical certificate. Must have 2 years or more Transportation Supervisor experience. Experience: Shuttle (buses), industry experience is required. Class B-P driver's license preferred. Basic computer knowledge and skills. Basic DOT/CHP audit knowledge. Skills: Ability to communicate professionally and effectively. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to speak, read, and comprehends the English language. Bi-lingual abilities are preferred but not required. Must be open to feedback, differing opinions and other points of view. Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness. Demonstrates the ability to seek improvement. Physical Demands: Ability to frequently sit for extended period of time. Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and otherwise move objects of at least 30 pounds in weight. Ability to work in elements-heat, wind, snow, rain, etc. Ability to frequently stand and/or walk for moderate periods of time. Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, squat, and lift objects throughout the shift. Ability to apply pressure to an object with the fingers and palm. Ability to perform functions that require repetitive motions using hands, wrist, arms, knees and/or legs. Ability to express or exchange information, instructions, ideas, etc. by means of the spoken word.
