What you'll be doing? DFS promises to be the world traveler's preferred destination for luxurious shopping. We offer our customers a carefully curated selection of exceptional products from over 700 of the world's leading brands across multiple categories: fashion, beauty & fragrances, watches & jewelry and wines & spirits. We are currently searching for an experienced and motivated Boutique Manager to work Full-Time in the new Macallan Boutique located in Tom Bradley International Terminal at LAX Airport. The Macallan Boutique provides a home-from-home experience for global customers, where brand expert retail ambassadors deliver an exceptional shopping experience. As the Macallan Boutique Manager, you will be the primary conduit between the retailer and the Brand in a harmonious manner that respects the retailer standards whilst ensuring the brand expectations are incorporated with daily operations to achieve a more efficient, productive, and profitable store. You will be responsible for maintaining Boutique service levels and smooth operations, including daily store and team presentation spot checks, inventory management and ensuring selling guidelines are followed. You will support the recruitment and hiring of talent for the new Boutique. Responsibilies:
